Key Areas of Responsibility:

Operational

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain and logistics operations at the regional level, ensuring KPI targets are met or exceeded.
• Facilitate goal-setting sessions to align with organizational objectives.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics related to inventory, order fulfillment, transportation, and warehousing.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management.

Financial

• Set targets and guide operational teams during strategic planning, annual planning, and forecasting exercises.
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements and cost-saving measures.

Customer

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and implement organizational changes.

People

• Develop and deliver training programs on supply chain performance metrics for employees at all levels.
• Manage and develop the performance team accordingly.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain and logistics management, focusing on performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement supply chain strategies.
• Experience managing a team of supply chain professionals.
• Deep knowledge of KPIs and performance metrics.
• Ability to analyze data and recommend improvements.
