Objectives of the Position

• Design and optimize GB/S services based on custom, BU demands, legal requirements, M&A, investments, strategic projects, etc.
• Conduct feasibility, impact, and cost analysis of prospective new services in the SC Service environment.
• Identify needs for optimization/process changes and lead implementation.
• Ensure all service models and solutions conform to strategic, architectural, governance, and corporate requirements.

Main Tasks

• Promote a digitalization culture within the SDU, focusing on AI and automation impacts on quality and efficiency.
• Design and implement IS tools to support AI-supported customs processes and enhance data connectivity for Foreign Trade Operations.
• Support IT inquiries and AI projects by translating business objectives into functional requirements and supporting technical specifications.
• Design transaction processes to facilitate customs savings and improve export/import customs declarations.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-regional collaboration in customs and foreign trade activities.
• Create transparency around customs data using data products and AI models.
• Collaborate with BEX in the expert team to identify AI improvement needs and initiate projects to enhance AI effectiveness.
• Identify models, methods, and tools for Service Design.

Requirements

• University Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable experience in Supply Chain, Customs, or Foreign Trade Law.
• Minimum 3-5 years in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• Technical knowledge in SAP R/3, SAP GTS, Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps.
• Strong customer focus, process improvement passion, and AI transformation interest.
• Experience in project management.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Analytical thinking, data science knowledge, machine learning capability, and KPI-driven solutions.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, team player, proactive in suggesting innovative ideas.
