C-Pak Cergas Sdn Bhd is seeking a Supply Chain Officer (Mandarin Speaker) in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. The role focuses on coordinating orders, tracking deliveries, and supporting logistics with a strong emphasis on Mandarin communication.

You will liaise with purchasing and production, manage raw material planning, and prepare shipping documents while ensuring accurate records and timely reporting to management.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain/logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Review customer order requirements, plan and track delivery and production schedules to meet orders.
• Track customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction and report to management.
• Maintain adequate records of customer-related processes.
• Liaise with purchasing and production on products and materials required.
• Plan raw materials, follow up with suppliers on shipment dates.
• Activate delivery by generating shipping documents for logistics.
• Perform custom declarations, exemption applications, exemption tracking and monthly reports.
