- Monitor inventory level and plan stock replenishment and delivery schedules for branches or shops and 3PL warehouses in East Malaysia always ensuring no OOS.
- Manage and coordinate with local freight forwarder/transporters and 3PL to arrange the movement of goods to branches.
- Liaise with Head of Branches (HOBs) and ensure the inventory in branches and 3PL is allocated for Marketing Promotions / Product(s) release on time.
- Track and coordinate with Freight Forwarder, 3PL and Logistic team on the arrival of mostly US / China shipments, always adhering to company’s SOP, risk assessments, health, and safety policies.
- Maintain accurate, up to date documentation and filing of all relevant shipping documents for audit records.
- Monitor and expedite outstanding supplier orders and delivery schedules. (local sourced products).
- Ensure proper inventory control according to company business objective.
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are always observed and adhered to.
- Perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of the superior.
- Carry out the routine supply chain operation tasks; maintain accurate and timely update data into Yatai, and other relevant systems.
- Lean initiatives for process efficiency and cost management.
WE WANT SOMEONE WHO:
- Degree / Diploma in Business Admin / Management / Supply Chain/ Logistics / Transportation, or any related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years working experience in related field
- Good verbal and written communications and customer service skills.
- Intermediate experience of operating recording system / database.
