Supply Chain Manager – Johor Bahru – RM18k Basic + Bonus + Allowance

Europe EMS group (Newly established manufacturing plant, operating in Malaysia since 2023, 35+ SMT lines, multiple ISO certifications) is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to drive strategic sourcing, planning, procurement, and logistics operations. Be part of a fast-growing site focused on high-mix electronics across connectivity, medical, electrification, and industrial segments career.

RM15,000 basic + fixed allowance

Ownership of end-to-end supply chain processes at a new Johor Bahru facility

Exposure to global operations, cutting-edge EMS practices

Coach and grow a high-performing team within a collaborative culture

Core Responsibilities:

Develop and execute supply chain strategies: sourcing, procurement, planning & logistics

Forecast inventory needs to meet production while minimizing stockouts

Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to optimize cost, quality & delivery

Oversee logistics, customs compliance (LMW), and documentation accuracy

Lead continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations

Define and track KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover, cost savings, etc.)

Manage departmental budgeting, risk mitigation, and resource planning

Collaborate across production, finance, QA, and engineering teams

Utilize IFS ERP for supply chain activities & report performance trends

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field

8+ years in supply chain roles (EMS/manufacturing preferred), with 3+ years in leadership

Hands-on experience in sourcing, procurement, production planning & logistics

Strong cost analysis, negotiation, and market awareness (materials like PCBs, sheets, components)

Knowledge of LMW, customs procedures & regulatory compliance

Excellent analytical, communication, and team leadership abilities

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin is a plus
