Job summary

Celestica Inc. in Penang seeks a Manager, Supply Chain to lead inventory, demand planning and supplier collaboration for high‑reliability manufacturing. You will manage shortages, coordinate with purchasing and SLM teams, and drive SIOP processes to meet revenue and delivery goals.

The role requires strong analytics, ERP/Kinaxis experience, and a proven ability to mentor a diverse SCM team while ensuring on-time customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five to seven years of relevant experience.
• Broad knowledge of electronic manufacturing environments and SCM.

Responsibilities

• Manages material shortages to ensure builds proceed smoothly with Purchasing and SLM.
• Liaises between customer projects and internal departments on new product requirements.
• Maintains timely and accurate demand management and inventory turns.
• Executes SIOP process and monthly rhythm meetings with key stakeholders.
• Leads performance management and coaching of SCM team members.
• Oversees supplier relationships and ensures on-time delivery for production.
