Job description

Job Description:
1) Monitor all customer order processing and ensure order fulfill timely.
2) Compile weekly and twice weekly main raw material report
3) Carry out effective material requirement planning to ensure material availability for production with optimum stock on hand to minimize inventory cost.
4) To continuously improve raw material price by renegotiation and alternative sources.
5) Compile, propose and process Main raw material approved by GM.
6) Comply Poisons goods purchase and import transaction for yearly poison license submission.
7) Liaise directly with logistic partner, transporter and/or own’s tankers to ensure timely delivery to customers.
8) Compile vendor billing, match with system & submit for payment processing.
9) Arrange driver duty & monitor monthly claim expenses.
10) Monitor & arrange tanker for renewal and maintenance service.
11) Monitor contractual vendors contract and Westport license renewal.
12) Arrange driver duty & monitor monthly claim expenses.

Requirements:
1) Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
2) Knowledge in SST tax, import/export documentation, and e-portals (Westport, E-Hailing, Live GPS).
3) Minimum 10 years of supply chain experience in manufacturing, including 2 years in a managerial role.
4) Strong in inventory management, material planning, and supplier cost comparison
5) Able to source alternative suppliers for better cost, quality, and service.

6) Mandarin language proficiency is A MUST
