Job description

a) Responsible for optimizing procurement, ensuring timely sourcing, supplier performance, and cost control and alignment with IATF 16949 requirements.

b) Manages warehouse activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient space utilization, and on-time delivery to subcontractors and customer.

c) Oversee logistics operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, freight coordination, and international trade compliance.

d) Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs documentation, and cross-border trade requirements.

e) Lead supplier audits and evaluations, driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation across the supply chain.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Trade.

Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Fluent in English, Chinese, and Malay reading, writing and speaking;

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills

Familiarity with Malaysia’s supply chain ecosystem and the ability to rapidly localize sourcing.

Experience with IATF 16949 standards, supplier audits, and compliance-related processes.
