We’re looking for a Section Manager – Supply Chain to lead our materials planning and demand fulfillment function — managing everything from raw materials to customer shipment, working closely with suppliers, production, and commercial teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the materials and delivery planning process across the full supply chain
• Collaborate with vendors and commercial teams to drive supplier performance, inventory turns, and delivery accuracy
• Manage exit strategy programs, new product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Optimize ERP system usage, reports, and business controls to support operational goals
• Provide timely reporting on supplier delivery performance, inventory exposure, and risk areas
• Champion cross-functional teamwork to enhance supply chain visibility and responsiveness
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing supply chain team

What You’ll Bring:

• A degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in EMS or contract manufacturing supply chain
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems (BaaN, SAP, or InforLN preferred)
• Strong in data analysis, negotiation, and stakeholder management
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive supply chain improvements
• Fluent in English, with the confidence to collaborate across all levels
