Job description

Direct and manage all aspects of the supply chain function, including demand planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.

Oversee inventory management for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring optimal stock levels and uninterrupted production.

Ensure full compliance with GMP, GDP, and other relevant pharmaceutical regulatory standards.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Production, QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial to align supply chain operations with business objectives.

Identify and implement initiatives for cost optimization, supply chain digitalization, and process automation.

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers and logistics providers to drive reliability, quality, and performance.

Develop and manage the supply chain budget, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team to cultivate a culture of high performance and accountability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

At least 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries.

Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP regulations and international logistics operations.

Demonstrated leadership abilities and stakeholder management skills with experience working across departments.

Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems and a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
