A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to manage procurement and logistics. Responsibilities include negotiating with suppliers, optimizing costs, and ensuring compliance with corporate SOPs. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in supply chain management.

Support Group Procurement & Logistics strategic initiatives.
Participate and support all projects in close collaboration with teams and Group Procurement for supplier selection, negotiation, and contract implementation.
Develop cost-effective strategies for purchasing materials used in the business and managing logistics costs.
Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers for the best prices, quality, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
Stay informed of current trends affecting raw material costs and logistics rates.
Build relationships within the company and with external parties such as suppliers, transporters, or distributors.
Assist and implement the tendering process for procurement and logistics.
Support in resolving supplier quality issues and taking corrective actions.
Implement and oversee inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing excess stock and carrying costs.
Coordinate transportation and distribution of goods from suppliers to manufacturing plants, warehouses, and customers.
Optimize transportation costs to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Ensure compliance with all site and corporate SOPs and documented processes.
Prepare reports on supply chain performance.
Other duties may be assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, purchasing management, or a related field.
Preferably at least 2 years in supply chain management or 5 years in purchasing or procurement.
Excellent proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.
Extensive knowledge of procurement & logistics strategies, tactics, negotiation, and contracting skills.
Previous experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.
Advanced PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems.
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is preferred.
