• Preferably with some relevant work experiences in supply chain operations in Hi-Tech industry.
• Possess working knowledge of computerized ERP environment, preferably SAP system.
• Experience in logistics coordination and order administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfilment for multiple partner accounts.
• Process customer purchase orders in SAP and monitor credit limits.
• Participate in process automation initiatives for productivity.

Job description

Manage end-to-end order fulfilmentsfor multiple partner accounts with accuracy and timeliness.

Handle Form C submissions and approvals and issue program credit notes.

Process customer purchase orders received via e-channel or manual form in SAP timely.

Monitor and ensure the purchase value is within customer’s credit limit before processing delivery order.

Notify salesperson & Finance when credit limit is exceeded.

Generate Invoice to client/distributors upon shipment to ensure revenue recognition.

Monitor deliveries by 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) vendor are done timely, with proper documentation and customer requirements.

Window person to liaise with customers on purchase orders and delivery of goods.

Participate in process automation initiatives to increase productivity, workflow optimization and procedures.

2. Stock Allocation

Generate outstanding report and share to Sales team / Product Marketing team.

Allocate based on forecast finalized by Product Marketing team.

Check schedule arrival and on-hand stocks.

3. Administrative Support

Assist Supply Chain Management (SCM) department in necessary administrative support, follow-up of sample unit movement.

Support/back up team member on relevant Order Admin matters.

Provide support to team leads/manager including analyzing business process and workflow to identify room for improvement.

Job Requirements

SPM/Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics Operations. Preferably with some relevant work experiences in the supply chain operations in Hi-Tech industry.

Possess knowledge of all or some supply chain functional areas, order fulfilment, customer service and/or logistics.

Possess working knowledge of computerized ERP environment, preferable SAP system.

Proficient with MS Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel.
