Supply Chain Management Executive / Officer

Do you enjoy organizing, planning, and making sure the right items arrive at the right time? Join our team as an SCM Executive / Officer, where you’ll play a key role in inventory control and purchasing operations that keep our business running smoothly.

Whether you’re just starting your career or looking to grow in a stable and supportive company — we want to meet you!

Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure accuracy and availability

Handle purchasing activities: request quotations, issue POs, and track deliveries

Coordinate with local & overseas suppliers (including China)

Assist in stock planning to avoid overstocking or shortages

Maintain accurate records in inventory/ERP systems

Support monthly stock count and resolve discrepancies

Prepare inventory and purchasing reports when required

What We’re Looking For:

Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – we’ll guide and train you!

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin is a plus)

Proficient in Excel is a plus. ERP system experience is a bonus

Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
