Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Collaborate with Demand and Supply and make a short and long-term supply plan.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize inventory management, transportation, and warehousing operations.
Identify and establish partnerships with new OEM partners and collaborate with current OEM partners to resolve production or supply issues.
Maintain optimal inventory levels and conduct inventory cycle counts on a regular basis.
Issue the PO against the local OEM suppliers and operate export, including export documentation.
Issue the PO against the other affiliates and proceed import from outside of MY including importing documentation.
Develop and innovate the process regarding export/import/logistics from the operational excellence perspective.
Coordinate with customs and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance of documentation and reporting.
Negotiate purchasing terms and prices with OEM partners to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Skills & knowledge requirements:
Possess a minimum diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field.
Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in FMCG Industry.
Ability to articulate product and/or value offerings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Positive, motivated attitude.
Good in computer skills, particularly excel skills.
