Responsibilities:

1. Management of materials and shipments within warehouse zones.
2. Inventory control: Receiving raw materials and supplying materials to the production line.
3. Preparing finished goods for shipment and managing shipment records.
4. Performing other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned.

Planning:

1. Receiving and analyzing forecasts and additional information to determine timelines and necessary materials.
2. Monitoring material inventory levels to support production and reviewing inventory movement periodically to prevent wastage.
3. Controlling inventory to minimize excess while maintaining adequate levels to meet production plans.
4. Supporting stock-take activities.
5. Performing other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Certificate or Diploma/Degree in a related field.
