Job description

We are seeking a process-driven team member to elevate PRISM+ Malaysia's Supply Chain infrastructure. As a high-growth electronics company, we need a self-starter and inspiring leader to build a dynamic team capable of scaling with our growth.

This experienced individual will help improve current supply chain processes and be a key member of the PRISM+ Malaysia team, reporting directly to the Country Director of Malaysia.

Responsibilities of Supply Chain Lead (but not limited to):
  • Formulate inventory, customs clearance, and other supply chain process improvements, develop management reporting metrics, and establish KPIs. Responsible for executing these KPIs.
  • Manage SIRIM Certification application process.
  • Oversee daily supply chain operations and stakeholder management related to SIRIM.
  • Ensure 3PL warehouse stock movements are 100% accurate as per SLA.
  • Optimize inbound/outbound processes in 3PL warehouses.
  • Collaborate with customs brokers for timely customs clearance without additional charges.
  • Coordinate with forwarders for accurate shipment estimates and ensure 3PL warehouses have sufficient space through proactive planning.
  • Provide operational support aligned with the organization’s strategic plan.
  • Drive automation initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver optimal service to customers and stakeholders.
  • Train team members to address service lapses and develop contingency plans.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Operations/Supply Chain, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • Positive attitude towards change and growth.
  • Customer-first mindset with a good understanding of business needs.
  • Solid knowledge of supply chain capabilities and specifics.
