This role specifically is to recruit candidates with experience in Fulfilment - Global Trade Management. The job description is as per below:

Role Details:

•Design solutions that solve the challenges faced by the client.

•Lead a project team to run workshops to analyze client requirements.

•Involve in the Project Management for the digital solution implementations.

•Involve in proposal preparations.

•Train and develop new team members.

•Upskill and re-skill depending on the Practice needs.

•Align the right teams or capabilities to enable (selling or delivering) successful transformation and innovation agenda.

•Other additional roles aligned to Practice needs.

Qualifications:

•Degree in Supply Chain Management/Engineering/Business Administration/Software Engineering/International Trade

•Minimum 6+ years in a Top tier Consulting firm or in a Supply Chain Function in Consumer Goods/ Semiconductor / Retail / Automotive/ Manufacturing / Oil & Gas industry

•Demonstrated experience in Consulting and/or leading mid-large sized teams on large scale digital solution implementation programs.

•The candidate MUST HAVE experience in:

oDesigning and implementing transactional processes for duty savings and optimizing customs declaration processes in line with information services solutions.

oManaging change request from Supply Chain operations & strategic initiatives, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and solution implementation.

oEnsuring trade compliance shipments comply with numerous countries laws, regulations & sanctions.

oManaging HS Codes identification & tagging in a digital platform.

oEnsuring products that require permits & licenses are obtained before shipments.

oUnderstanding Free Trade Agreements and realized duty savings.

•It will be an added advantage if:

oThe candidate has successfully acquired the Authorized Economic Operator certification for the organization.

oThe candidate has experience with implementing or using SAP in GTS, Oracle Global Trade Management, Infor Nexus Global Trade Solution or E2Open GTM module

oThe candidate has additional functional experience such as Demand & Supply Planning, Network Design, Warehouse Management and/or Transport Management with relevant digital solutions.

oThe candidate has a Master’s in Business Administration.
