Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for planning and scheduling all resources including manpower, machinery, materials, logistics, preliminaries, etc.
  • Identify and evaluate potential China suppliers through online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with China suppliers.
  • Gather and analyze information to prepare status reports.
  • Ensure that assignment and scheduling of work follow company SOP.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly reports containing progress of procurement & delivery and other information required by respective superior.
  • Assist superior with scheduling control and cost control.
  • Gather actual data, update procurement & delivery schedule, and develop reliable schedule forecasts with support from the operation team.
  • Liaise and coordinate with operation, production team & relevant parties on project matters and with suppliers on the supply of materials and products.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive procurement documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, especially when dealing with international suppliers.
  • Develop contingency plans for supply disruptions.
  • Perform any related ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Min. Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or any related field.
  • Min 2-4 years of related experience (added advantage).
  • Trilingual speaker (Bahasa, English, Mandarin) as required to communicate with China suppliers.
  • Possess own transport (Car Driving License).
  • Able to work independently.
  • Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, etc.
