Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in logistics and operations experience, preferably in e-commerce.
• Ability to work well with all management levels and colleagues.
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Oversee daily order fulfillment and coordinate with e-Commerce Manager.
• Negotiate with vendors for better offers, prices, and terms.

Job description

Overseeing daily order fulfillment activities (Online Platforms), and coordinating with the e-Commerce Manager on sales forecast and bulk.

Responsible for liaison and negotiating with the vendor to obtain better offers including price, minimum order quantity, and terms.

Coordinate with distributors on warehousing-related issues; inbound and outbound traffics to ensure smooth inventory transactions for demand fulfillment.

Prepare daily and monthly reports such as stock aging reports and support the annual stock take and other operations matters of the company.

Review and/or prepare all required relevant shipping and delivery documents in an accurate manner.

Will be responsible for providing support for all the supply chain procedures that is order processing & order fulfillment which include data entry, documentation, and inventory of all stock.

Overseeing daily inter-transfer items to assure inventory receiving process performs correctly and filling transfer documents in a proper manner.

To ensure stock availability on all e-commerce channels based on sales targets and sales performance.

To keep track and monitor the efficiency of the fulfillment supply chain, including order management, warehouse arrangement, and inventory control.

Perform routine supply chain operation tasks to ensure that documents and data such as purchase requisitions, sales orders, delivery orders, etc. are accurate and updated to the ERP system in a timely manner.

Handle offline B2B order review and delivery, and handle daily confirmation, receipt and shelf placement of various returns

Work together with cross-functional departments to ensure the warehouse activities remain coordinated and running smoothly.

To perform any ad hoc task on supply chain related area.

Job Requirements

Possess at least Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years in logistics and operations experience. Preferable experience in e-commerce industry

Prior experience and familiarity with warehouse operation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), ERP system, inventory management systems, and warehouse management systems

Ability to work well with all levels of management and colleagues.

Detail-oriented & Multitasking capabilities

Candidates who are fluent in the MANDARIN language is preferred as the role requires dealing with mandarin speaking clients and the Management team from China.
