About the role

We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Executive to join our dynamic team at Unique Fire Industry Sdn Bhd, based in Kota Kemuning, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our supply chain operations, playing a crucial part in the continued success of our manufacturing business.

What you'll be doing

• Procurement: Source materials, negotiate pricing, issue purchase orders, and track order status.
• Supplier Management: Evaluate and manage supplier performance, resolve delivery issues, and process invoices.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with logistics, and manage inventory transactions.
• Quality & Returns: Handle defective goods, coordinate returns, and ensure supplier compliance with quality standards.
• Sourcing & Development: Identify new suppliers, evaluate samples, and conduct price comparisons.
• Compliance: Maintain accurate records and adhere to relevant regulations.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supply chain or procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and suppliers
• Proven experience in inventory management and process improvement
• Proficient in the use of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and supply chain management software
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations or a related field
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
