Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive who is fluent in Mandarin to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about supply chain operations and eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize holding costs.
● Order Processing: Coordinate and process purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
● Supplier Coordination: Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking suppliers to negotiate terms, track shipments, and resolve any issues.
● Logistics Coordination: Arrange and oversee transportation and delivery schedules, ensuring efficient and cost-effective distribution.
● Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
● Compliance: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work setting.
● Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
