Job Description

Our Manufacturing department leads in producing consumer goods to supply our customers with high-quality products, timely, and at a low cost. Your team

You will join our supply chain team based in Malaysia office and will report to the Product Supply Senior Manager or Director.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the delivery of warehouse operations targets for Service, Cost, Cash, and Stewardship of one of multiple Distribution Centers/Warehouses, ensuring capacity and capability to receive, store, pick, and ship meet all internal P&G and external Customer requirements.
2. Contribute to and lead inventory reduction strategies.
3. Drive operational excellence within standard work processes.
4. Identify, prioritize, and eliminate process losses across the supply network.
5. Build process capability & control, and define equipment standards.
6. Collaborate with internal P&G partners and manage supplier companies to develop and execute commercial and technical agreements.
7. Identify and interpret new and emerging requirements affecting future sourcing strategies.
8. Engineer equipment sourcing and support new site build-outs to enhance P&G’s productivity and expansion.
9. Partner with Physical Distribution to lead transportation and warehousing of products with a cost-effective and agile supply network.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or supply chain-related courses with an excellent academic background. Open to fresh graduates or supply chain professionals with up to 3 years of proven experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory, or Warehouse Management.
• Proven success in demonstrating strong leadership from school or work experience.
• Strong data analytical skills and a passion for winning.
• Ability to effectively solve problems and set priorities.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work within diverse organizations and teams.
• Strong interest in the commercial and customer aspects of business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of ERP software (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
