The role:

As a Supply Chain Executive, you will help drive our goals by:

• Arranging inbound and outbound shipments and liaising with freight forwarders and logistics providers.
• Maintaining supply chain data in SAP systems.
• Working closely with sales, finance, production, and quality teams for shipment management.
• Handling import and export documentation, including preparation and submission of K1, K2, K8, and K9 forms.
• Coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and port authorities to ensure timely clearance of containers at Port Klang.
• Ensuring compliance with MITI, MAIDA, and other regulatory bodies where applicable.
• Proficiency in HS Code classification and familiarity with FTA rules of origin.
• Experience with DagangNet ePCO portal for submission of COO and Cost Analysis (CA).

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Knowledge of statutory frameworks such as MITI.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Experience liaising with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and port authorities to ensure timely clearance of containers at Port Klang.
• Proficiency in HS Code classification.
• Familiarity with FTA rules of origin.
