Inventory & Material Planning - Monitor inventory levels and perform materials planning to ensure production and order fulfillment needs are met.

Supply Chain Coordination - Coordinate with vendors, customers, warehouse, factory, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.

Shipping & Documentation Management - Prepare and manage import/export shipping documents, including letters of credit (L/C) negotiation.

Sales & Customer Support - Support sales activities pre- and post-sales, track and expedite customer orders for on-time delivery, and follow up on shipments.

Requirements

• SPM, STPM, Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in supply chain/logistics
• Knowledge of L/C documentation, incoterms, and shipping procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• ERP knowledge (Navision is an advantage)
• Customer-oriented, proactive, with good organizational skills
• Effective communication with Chinese-speaking suppliers
