Job description

Position Summary:

This role handles all aspects of the inbound and outbound logistics-related operations, including warehousing, shipment clearance, transportation coordination, and distribution management for Singapore and Malaysia. To ensure good co-ordination in product and logistic arrangements. Play an essential role in supporting the sales.

General Responsibilities:

Logistics Operations

• Manage digital order fulfillment from order processing to delivery
• Managing inbound shipments and custom clearance-related matters for both markets
• Coordinate weekly deliveries with 3PL - new launches and replenishment orders, internal transfer, and goods return according to the delivery schedule per timeline given.
• Perform month-end inventory reconciliations

Cost Management

• Verify monthly logistics billings and update PO in the SAP system for approval.
• Prepare monthly logistics cost report
• Track and monitor all logistics costs, including transportation, warehousing, and handling expenses. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.

Others

• Plan and conduct warehouse annual inventory count for both markets.
• Support finance and retail team on the bi-annual inventory counts for retail stores
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule import or export shipments on ad-hoc basis.
• Coordinate the renewal of logistics service agreement and contract with 3PL parties
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to support retail related activities and ad hoc assignments.
• Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
