Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing with knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Plan for FG and raw materials to replenish company warehouses and fulfill direct customer orders, considering available capacity, safety stock levels, and material lead times.
• Create Manufacturing Orders for production, Purchase Orders for raw materials and outsourced sterilization, and Delivery Orders for shipments to warehouses and customers.
• Follow up with suppliers and expedite deliveries according to the production plan; prepare and send a 12-month requirement forecast for each material by item number.
• Manage FG and raw material inventory to meet set inventory goals.
• Coordinate with key business functions such as Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, RA, and Logistics to ensure customer schedules are achievable.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a related field within a manufacturing environment, with good knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
• Effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
• Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Strong team player with high commitment and integrity.
• Willingness to learn and take on responsibilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
