Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment
• Minimizing obsolete and excess inventory
• Overseeing inbound and outbound logistics
• Ensuring timely transportation and delivery with logistics partners
• Forecasting & Planning
• Analyzing demand trends and developing proactive supply plans
• Mitigating risks due to supply-demand fluctuations
• Identifying and implementing supply chain efficiencies
• Ensuring compliance with legal and quality standards
• Monitoring and optimizing supply chain and transport costs
• Managing related budgets during order placement

Reporting & Documentation responsibilities include:

• Generating performance reports
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory, expiry, and product movement
• Presenting daily/weekly updates on DOs, GRNs, stock updates, and expiry checks to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement (role level dependent)
