Are you passionate about logistics and looking for your next challenge in a dynamic, international environment? We are looking for a motivated Logistic Specialist to join our Regional Operations team!

What You’ll Do

As a Logistic Specialist, you will:

  • Support the Regional Operations team in day-to-day activities.
  • Contribute to the implementation of a new ERP system, including logistics process analysis and optimization.
  • Identify and propose improvements based on data insights and KPIs.
  • Train team members across the region on ERP functionalities.
  • Collaborate with other subsidiaries to support operations processes when needed.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain-related role.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial/Process Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • A solid understanding of basic logistics practices and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience working in multinational environments is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in cross-functional teams and warehouse settings when needed.
  • Good problem-solving skills demonstrated through past projects.
  • Familiarity with logistics process standardization and optimization techniques.
  • Confidence in presenting to management and external stakeholders.
  • Any training in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of tools like AutoCAD or Minitab is a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally at any time of the year.
