Job Description

• Lead project teams in developing and implementing strategies for efficient material process design and system support.
• Contribute to global initiatives focused on the design, development, and testing of new supply chain solutions.
• Design and deploy global tools and solutions aligned with customer requirements and overall supply chain objectives.
• Drive process improvements and define best practices across operations.
• Provide strategic guidance to project teams to help achieve objectives in line with established policies and procedures.
• Oversee the selection, development, and evaluation of team members to ensure optimal functional performance.
• Engage regularly with senior executives and key clients, influencing decision-making and supporting customer negotiations.

• Demonstrates expert-level functional knowledge, with a strong understanding of cross-functional operations and the broader business landscape.
• Exceptional analytical and comprehension skills, with the ability to read, analyse, and interpret highly complex documents.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints, and to write original speeches or articles using innovative styles and techniques.
• Skilled in delivering persuasive presentations and speeches on complex or controversial topics to senior management, public audiences, or boards of directors.
• Competent in applying advanced mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference to real-world scenarios.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, including data collection, fact analysis, and drawing logical conclusions.
