- Ensures the quality of the local data in SAP and related systems (e.g. Tiscam (MES)
- Monitor iDocs between ERP and MES and follow-up other stakeholders (Quality, Warehouse, Customer Service, Engineering, Planning)
- Collaborate across departments to identify best practices and cross-domain processes
- Establishes the local data management framework with global guidance and standards
- Develops and cascades clearly defined site goals for functional data
- Sets, monitors, and manages the local data quality indicators in accordance to OPEX 8 standards
- Plans and leads the data quality improvement initiatives
Master Data Creation and Maintenance
- Deploys data management best practices, policies, processes, and objectives
- Deploys the Plan for Improvement for data related topics
- Manages the local data processes (e.g. data creation or modification…) and the local rules and policies
- Monitors the local master data creation / modification workflow
- Identifies Root Causes of data issues that impact business results, and implements corrective actions
- Raises corrective action requests (CARs) and controls its application
Data Access and Management Reporting
- Manages, in association with the Competence Centre and the Central Team, the “Roles & Authorizations” related to Data Management, for the local users
- Acts as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP data extraction and helps define, execute, and test data queries and reports
- Supports the local users (coaching, training, reporting…) and IS (integration, fixing issues, migration, archiving…) for data related topics
- Ensures that each functional area carries out its own responsibilities with respect to quality of data
Global Team Member
- Builds relations with the global data teams and gives feedback on local activities
- Proposes ways of improvement and proactively participates in the resolution of issues
- Contributes to the definition of the global data processes
- Contributes to the definition of the global data quality plan of audit, indicators, rules, and policies
- Back-up to NCPC Production Planner.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Others
- Adhere and actively participate in occupational Safety, Health and Environmental; and Energy policies, procedures and activities such as I-See I-Act, GPI, low carbon initiative, etc.
- Adhere and comply with Business Ethics, Anti-Corruption,Flight Safety Management System, and others relevant policies, procedures and activities
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced Degree preferred
- Minimum 1-3 years of practical experience with demonstrated abilities in problem solving preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong leadership, influencing, negotiation, mediation, and communication skills
- Energetic, fast learner who implements proactive solutions in support of the business
- The ability to strategize and turn strategy into executable improvement actions
- Strong analytical skills and rigor; pragmatic problem solving skills; ability to synthesize complex issues and demonstrate strong decision making skills, particularly in difficult situations
- Ability to work with complex systems or applications (Access etc.)
- Ability to lead people and develop strong teamwork; experience working in a highly matrixed environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced, global dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities; robust project management experience
- Travel may be required
