Job description

Purpose of the Position
  1. Integrate planning and execution processes to optimize the flow of materials, information, and capital, including demand planning, production, inventory management, and logistics.
  2. Create monthly KPI reports to monitor achievement and risks.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  1. Ensure supply assurance and demand matching; review production pace and develop demand plans based on project delivery schedules.
  2. Develop strategies for demand planning based on project and product specifics.
  3. Analyze forecasts related to demand, output, and inventory movements.
  4. Conduct business analysis to recommend process improvements for continuous supply chain enhancement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in materials sourcing, commodity management, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in heavy machinery manufacturing and understanding of production processes is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management skills with a proactive approach and sense of urgency.
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud tools is a plus.
