Job description

You Will:

  • Perform analysis of Supply Chain Ordering performance for Lotus's Stores and Distribution Centres, and report on key KPI data, including the areas of availability, waste, and stockholding.
  • Review day to day performance of the systems, and additionally help my manager analyse manual operational processes to allow teams to understand what worked well and what could have been improved.
  • Proactively help identify and analyse specific ‘future’ threats and trading conditions both corporately and at store level, that present the potential of high waste situations and/or poor availability, that would impact (or be impacted by) the normal configuration of the Ordering systems; to enable appropriate steps to be taken (system or process) to mitigate both types of risk.

You Have:

  • Business / Data Analytics / Statistics or relevant working experiences.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • The understanding of processes and capable of identifying areas for improvement.
  • Experience in data models, reporting packages and data consolidation from multi sources.
  • Experience delivering a variety of ad hoc data extracts, self-service visualisation, and complex automated reporting for business stakeholder.
  • Ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal are needed.
  • Strong attention to details.

The role entails working on weekends as an integral part of the job requirement, however you will be fairly compensated.
