Job description

Experienced in handling overseas shipments & logistics-related job scopes.

Experienced in purchasing-related job scopes.

Familiar with Excel calculations & SQL accounting software.

Good knowledge of relevant logistics & customs arrangements, conditions, practices, and procedures.

Able to communicate in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

NON-HALAL (business nature related to alcohol).

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure shipments are handled promptly and delivered on time.
  • Handle all customs formalities with customs and other authorities regarding customs clearance.
  • Manage forwarding activities and ensure timely clearance of import and export goods.
  • Assist in purchasing, overseas logistics shipment booking, quotation comparison, & related tasks.
  • Assist in duty tax calculation, payments, & related tasks.
