Coordinate with shipping agents and freight forwarders to manage local and international shipments.
Prepare and review all import/export documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, HS codes).
Ensure smooth customs clearance while minimizing risks, delays, and penalties such as detention or demurrage.
Oversee warehouse operations and inventory allocation to ensure optimal storage and timely order dispatch.
Collaborate with 3PL partners or in-house logistics teams to maintain high OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery rates.
Ensure goods are stored and handled in accordance with product specifications and safety standards.
Maintain up-to-date records of shipping documents, BOI certifications, and customs-related paperwork.
Ensure full compliance with internal policies, Incoterms, ISO standards, and relevant trade regulations.
Track and report key KPIs, including inventory accuracy, cost per order, delivery lead time, and supplier performance.
Analyse supply chain data to identify areas for cost reduction, lead time improvement, and process efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain, procurement, and logistics functions.
Collaborate with the Product and R&D teams to source materials, packaging, and components for new product launches.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, eco-friendly materials, and innovative product formats.
Evaluate and onboard new suppliers for merchandise and limited-run collaborations aligned with brand direction.
Manage sampling, prototyping, and cost benchmarking to ensure feasibility before scale-up.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and supply chain innovations.
Recommend new tools, platforms, or practices that can enhance the company’s operational capabilities.
