Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with suppliers during new product introduction to monitor critical parameters, cleanliness requirements, and manufacturing readiness.
  • Review supplier quality performance data such as in-process, outgoing, cleanliness, yield, etc.
  • Work continuously with suppliers to improve process and product quality, cleanliness, and contamination control to meet company and customer satisfaction requirements.
  • Investigate supplier-related quality issues using appropriate quality tools, manage non-conforming parts, and implement recovery plans and improvements.
  • Conduct periodic supplier audits of products/processes, review quality systems, and rate supplier performance.
  • Prepare regular quality reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to develop new potential suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
