Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE)

Your Roles

1. Ensure supplier parts comply with customer requirements.
2. Review PPAP and First Article reports before submission.
3. Identify and address part quality issues.
4. Collaborate with suppliers on corrective actions through VCAR.
5. Conduct on-site supplier audits to perform root cause analysis.
6. Manage sorting activities related to supplier material quality issues.
7. Train inspectors on inspection procedures and measurement techniques.
8. Maintain and calibrate measuring equipment and gauges.
9. Prepare monthly Lot Acceptance Rate reports for suppliers.

We are looking for someone with

• Experience in supplier quality or quality engineering roles, especially within manufacturing and supplier management sectors.
• Practical experience in the PCBA or EMS industry is highly preferred.
• A solid understanding of regulatory standards such as ISO9001, ISO13485, and IATF16949.
