Work Experience Requirements:
- Familiarity with and understanding of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and the use of quality tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), and other quality improvement methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and high level of computer literacy.
Education Requirements:
Diploma, degreeor equivalent preferred; or more than 3 years of Quality related experience or related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Collaborating with suppliers to develop and implement quality assurance processes, performing audits, resolving quality issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- As the primary liaison between the company and its suppliers on quality matters.
- Participate in supplier evaluations within the procurement resource pool and new supplier areas to produce evaluation reports.
- Conduct audits of existing and new suppliers based on procurement resource requirement, follow up to ensure issues identified in the audits are resolved.
- Identify and convert quality information according to the requirements of new projects and ensure effectiveness communication of the information.
- Participate in the development of supplier audit content and plans and ensure the implementation of supplier audit content.
- Conduct periodic on-site audits of suppliers based on their corrective actions to ensure the effectiveness of the actions.
