Supervisor, Warehouse Distribution (Senai)

• Ensure daily transaction on Receiving/Returns/Outbound/Putaway/Picking/Putting completed daily.
• Ensure Service Provider declare every dispute at the point of event.
• Liaising with HQ IA & Stores for investigation and resolve findings and close every case timely.
• Liaising with 3PL managements for investigations and propose continuous improvement.
• Formulating loss prevention plans and actions to reduce CDC variance and improve CDC delivery accuracy.
• Monotoring of returns aging and collection by vendor within timeline given ad submit requested report timely.
• Ensure that all transaction / documentation for daily deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor and optimize asset utilization process, and monitor the efficient of consumables and packaging material usage.
• Measure and monitor supplier damages, shortages and wrong items based on daily operation.
• Perform other job related duties as and when requested by Superior.
  

Job Requirements

• SPM / Diploma in any field related to Logistics / Distribution.
• Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker.
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems.
• Familiarity with SOP & Process flow of warehousing.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
