Responsible for overseeing day-to-day Chill DC & logistics operations, including receiving goods, decanting, order processing, updating system records, and coordinating with transporters for deliveries.

Ensure good housekeeping and safety in the warehouse area.

Ensure all warehouse work processes follow established procedures and standards.

Work closely with the supply chain department regarding orders, collections, or delivery requests to ensure smooth operations.

Generate reports such as Delivery Manifest (DM) & Customer Delivery Order (CDO).

Perform any other duties as assigned by the company.

Monitor and ensure products/items handed over to transporters are in correct quantity, good quality, and condition before loading onto trucks at the docks.

Supervise a team and ensure SOP compliance.

Plan daily activities of the team and ensure tasks are completed as scheduled.

Perform other warehousing duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in logistics
• Work 6 days a week
• Able to work on shifts
• Possess own transport
