Job summary

Pusat Jagaan Senyuman Ceria in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is hiring for a role in our daycare and education team. We welcome fresh graduates and candidates with no experience, as training will be provided to help you grow.

Ideal candidates are passionate about working with children and education, patient, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for daily supervision, homework guidance, and classroom activities.

Qualifications

• SPM/STPM/Diploma or Degree holders encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for children in the daycare centre.
• Coach and guide students with their homework.
• Teach tuition classes according to the assigned subjects.
• Plan and conduct educational and recreational activities.
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
• Monitor students' progress and provide support when needed.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and ensure children's safety at all times.
