About The Role

We are seeking a supervisor to oversee centre operations, ensure effective classroom management, and support both staff and students in achieving the centre’s objectives.

This full-time position is based in Ampang, Selangor, and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young individuals within a nurturing and inclusive environment.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Ensure adherence to centre SOPs.
  • Monitor daily operations, administration records, and centre checklists.
  • Coordinate events, workshops, and centre activities.
  • Manage and report incidents/issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide weekly operational updates and feedback to consultants/management.
  • Oversee teacher performance, classroom practices, and routine monitoring.
  • Conduct performance scoring and provide developmental feedback.
  • Ensure availability of materials, worksheets, and assessment tools.
  • Arrange classroom coverage in cases of teacher absence.
  • Monitor and review teachers’ daily reports for quality improvement.
  • Track and review Individualised Education Plan (IEP) scores and monthly progress.
  • Maintain records of each student’s current focus and areas of development.
  • Supervise student learning environments, addressing any issues as they arise.
  • Record and manage parents’ concerns professionally.
  • Liaise with parents on urgent matters to ensure prompt resolution.
What We're Looking For
  • Master Degree in Special Education or a related field, with a focus on teaching students with special needs.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably in a similar setting.
