The Roles

Sales Assistant cum Cashier

• Responsible for cashiering duties
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Maximize sales and profitability through professional handling of promotional sales transactions
• Maintain cash transactions accurately according to SOP and keep proper records of operations
• Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customers

Supervisor

• Assist Store Manager/Executive in Charge with overall outlet operations
• Handle daily store tasks (cash handling, daily reports, promotions, etc.)
• Supervise staff (attendance, briefing, follow-up)
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers
• Contribute to outlet sales achievement and growth
• Maintain cash accuracy according to procedures and keep proper records
• Promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customers
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist in display, merchandising, and cleanliness of the outlet
