Job summary
A civil engineering company in Johor, Malaysia is seeking an experienced professional to manage highway and road maintenance projects. Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in highway/road maintenance, civil works, or construction project supervision.
- Hands-on experience in liaising with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams on project documentation, claims, and payments.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate routine work programs from all sections and monitor overall progress.
- Compile and update NCR/RR data from the ROSS system, coordinating with section supervisors for accuracy.
- Maintain and update Work Order (WO) status, liaising with the CCU unit on claims and payments.
- Act as the liaison for compiling supporting documents from clients and subcontractors.
- Review and report subcontractor performance based on section supervisors’ input.
