Job Responsibilities:

• Be fully conversant with monthly/daily sales performance and assist the executive to ensure maximum results for the business are achieved.
• Assist the Executive in maintaining high standards of customer service and gift item production, ensuring standards are regularly checked and monitored.
• Ensure adherence to all stock and cash/credit card handling procedures, investigate discrepancies, and take appropriate actions.
• Ensure team members follow company rules and regulations.
• Assist in marketing and promotion activities.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as required by the immediate manager.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in F&B or relevant qualification.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, fast learner, with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to work shifts, including public holidays and weekends.
