Job summary

A leading company is seeking a Supervisor for Member Business Practice and Compliance in the APAC region. The successful candidate will oversee compliance, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to the Herbalife Sales & Marketing Plan. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and experience in people management, particularly in customer service and investigative roles.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years in customer service; investigative experience advantageous.
  • At least 2 years in people management preferred.
  • Minimum 1-year MPC experience handling complex files.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide MPC team members, ensuring files are completed within target timelines.
  • Maintain knowledge of the Herbalife Member Rules of Conduct and local regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reports for management upon request.

Job description

Supervisor, Member Business Practice and Compliance, Excellent Centre – APAC

1. Maintain knowledge of the Herbalife Member Rules of Conduct, Sales & Marketing Plan, intellectual property rights, and local regulatory requirements to support and coach members in compliance.

2. Possess sound knowledge of MPC-related aspects such as business volume adjustments, earnings, membership, and lineage.

3. Assess risk levels of complaints and appeals from members and customers, escalating as necessary.

4. Maintain accurate statistics and prepare reports for management upon request.

5. Follow up on MPC files related IRs with the Home Office to ensure timely completion.

6. Collaborate with APAC EC Trainer / Regional MPC Trainer for effective cross-training and compliance awareness.

7. Review and approve MPC files as per approval grid.

8. Supervise and guide MPC team members, ensuring files are completed within target timelines.

9. Oversee clerical responsibilities, including correspondence, emails, calls, filing, and computer work.

10. Participate in training sessions and corporate activities.

11. Support corporate initiatives and activities.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

1. Review and approve case files handled by team members.

2. Support and back up team members to ensure workflow continuity.

3. Mentor team members for effective case handling.
