Supervisor materials

We are looking for an outstanding Supervisor Material who is passionate about leading a world-class team and driving flawless operations. Responsibility
- Serve as a hands-on leader coordinating all warehouse operations, motivating and guiding warehouse associates.
- Lead by example, promoting an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
- Coordinate and continuously improve all inbound, outbound, and internal inventory movements to ensure outstanding efficiency.
- Receive and count incoming components, meticulously reviewing for defects or shortages.
- Report any discrepancies, including shortages, defects, goods used or issued, and related expenses, into the EBS Oracle system for analysis.
- Manage the release or distribution of products or materials, ensuring timely physical delivery to manufacturing floors and offices.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular physical counts and reconcile any discrepancies with the warehouse inventory system.
- Apply labeling and organizational tools to determine accurate storage methods, ensuring inventory locations are orderly and easily accessible.
- Coordinate with purchasing and management staff to order inventory or shipping materials as needed, ensuring seamless procurement and availability.
- Conduct daily cycle counts to uphold inventory accuracy.
- Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing safety standards and adhering strictly to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area, ensuring a professional environment.
- Drive a productive and motivated workforce by providing effective mentoring, feedback, and support.
- Supervise and share important performance indicators and operational metrics with managers on a weekly basis, promoting ongoing improvement and operational excellence.
- Complete additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Education & Experience
- Degree in any field; a major in supply chain and logistic management is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a consistent track record of success.
- Proficiency in digital literacy, including experience with Enterprise Resource Programs (SAP or Oracle).
- Expertise in Excel document control.
- Willingness to work shifts as required.
