  • Develop & optimize process parameters to meet yield & quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new products/processes improvements.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and provide technical support to resolve process related problems.
  • Development, implement & maintain SOP, process documentation & troubleshooting guides.
  • Identify & drive opportunity for process, cost & cycle time improvement to support department goals.
  • Utilize statistical methodology & data analysis to monitor process capability & drive continuous improvement.
  • Qualify production personnel on processes & equipment operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulation & company policies.
Qualification/Requirement
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, Material Science or Applied Science
  • Min 1 years working experiences in semiconductor manufacturing, knowledge in mold/ball mount/laser will be an advantage.
  • Good methodical approach in process optimization & harmonization.
  • Highly innovative, motivated & stress resistant individual with zero defect mindset
  • Good team player & able to communicate effectively in cross functional teams.
