Job description

Basic Salary: RM2800 - RM3000

Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Working days: Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays)

Responsibilities

1. Monitor packing operators’ attendance.
2. Oversee the quality of work of packing operators.
3. Provide counseling on tardiness, discipline, and competency expectations.
4. Ensure safety requirements are complied with at all times (e.g., PPE).
5. Provide on-the-job training for new hires or refresher training for current workers, if necessary.
6. Create employee shift schedules using Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any Engineering field.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in using laptops/computers and Excel.
