Job description



Requirements

  • Support the Facilities Executive within every area of Facilities Maintenance
  • Assist the Executive to supervise the facility operations, energy consumption monitoring, and the maintenance of facilities, infrastructure, and buildings to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Supervise to ensure all maintenance programs run as planned
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising the maintenance, repair work, minor installations, and replacements to ensure smooth mall operations.
  • Assist the Executive in service contract management, including monitoring of contract terms, vendor performance, and renewal timelines.
  • Assist the Executive in authority-related matters, including liaison with government bodies, consultants, and service providers for licenses, permits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise and help the technician to complete their job in given time frame.
  • Support in document control, including proper filing, tracking, and archiving reports, correspondence, and maintenance records.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting approval papers, memos, quotations, and procurement documents for internal review and management approvals.
  • Ensure documentation is maintained in accordance with audit and compliance requirements.
