Job description

Responsibilities

• Possess specialized knowledge in CCTV and Access Control systems (Dahua, Hikvision, ZKTeco, EntryPass, MicroEngine, etc.).
• Lead project planning, monitoring, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
• Manage and coordinate contractors, ensuring work quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Provide technical support, conduct troubleshooting, testing and problem-solving.
• Engage in installation or system configuration tasks when necessary.
• Work closely with the operations team to arrange work schedules and meet project milestones.
• Ensure adherence to company standards in installation, service, and reporting procedures.
• Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements for Candidates

• Experience in related field and project management is added advantage.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, with good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Those without the required qualification but with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably local candidates who are able to join immediately.
• Ready to work and travel within the Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor), and occasionally outstation.
